Created vectors for the sparkles and face in Adobe Illustrator.

I separated the face animation into eyebrows, eyelashes, shadow, eye, eye color 1, eye color 2, eye sparkles, iris ring, lips, moon/stars, mouth, nose, pupil, and teeth. I rendered each face component and sparkle into the following flipbooks.
